Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and energetic Kitchen Support Specialist to join our busy kitchen team. You will play a key support role, working closely with our Chefs to help deliver exceptional café, event, and dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic kitchen at all times.
* Operate dishwashing equipment and ensure all kitchenware is cleaned and stored correctly.
* Support smooth service by preparing ingredients, restocking stations, and handling general kitchen tasks.
* Follow all food safety, hygiene, and WHS procedures.
* Help receive, unpack, and rotate stock to minimise wastage.
* Work collaboratively with the kitchen and wider F&B team to ensure great service outcomes.
* Contribute to a positive, supportive, and respectful team culture.
