An exciting opportunity is available for a motivated Environmental Approvals Advisor to join a fast-growing resources business working across multiple high-value assets and projects nationwide. This role is well suited to a proactive, hands‑on professional who enjoys progressing approvals, developing operational documentation, and supporting projects as they transition rapidly from planning into operations. You'll work closely with a highly engaged environmental team that is embedded in the business and plays a key role in decision‑making.
About the Role
In this role, you will support environmental approvals and operational readiness across several projects and jurisdictions. You'll contribute to the preparation of approvals and mobilisation documentation, assist with the development of operational procedures, and help ensure environmental compliance outcomes are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
* Support and progress environmental approvals across multiple projects and jurisdictions
* Prepare, review, and manage mobilisation and approvals documentation
* Assist with the development and review of operational procedures, including dam and asset‑specific documentation
* Analyse environmental, compliance, and technical approval requirements and translate them into practical, fit‑for‑purpose documentation
* Contribute to environmental compliance and environmental management initiatives
* Work closely with senior team members to deliver documentation within tight timeframes
* Support multiple assets as projects move quickly from approvals into operations
Projects & Exposure
* Work across multiple concurrent projects
* Projects focused on critical minerals and high‑value commodities
* Exposure to varied environmental conditions
* Involvement in complex environmental and technical approvals across different jurisdictions

About You
* Degree in Environmental Sciences or related
* Mining experience preferred
* Comfortable with report writing and technical documentation
* Collaborative team player who enjoys working in a close‑knit environment
