What You'll Be Doing
* Oversee daily operations of the restaurant and bar
* Lead and inspire a high-performing front-of-house team
* Ensure an exceptional guest experience from start to finish
* Monitor budgets, labour costs, and drive revenue opportunities
* Collaborate with kitchen and hotel teams for smooth service delivery
* Uphold compliance with health, safety, and liquor licensing requirements
Qualifications
* Previous experience in restaurant or F&B management
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* High attention to detail and hands-on approach to service
* Solid understanding of stock control, rostering, and service standards
* Valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) Certificate
* Passion for hospitality and a genuine focus on guest satisfaction
