Lead the transformation of our finance shared services function, overseeing end-to-end finance operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger. Ensure efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
* Empower and develop a team of professionals, building a high-performance culture.

* Champion a culture of continuous improvement and service excellence.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in finance or related discipline.
* 10+ years' finance leadership experience, with 5+ in shared services/global business services.
* Proven experience leading large teams and driving transformation.
* Strong expertise in finance operations, compliance, and internal controls.
* Hands-on knowledge of enterprise resource planning systems and automation tools.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and change management skills.
