Reporting to the Technical Services Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Completion of short, medium, and long term planning, including Life of Mine (LOM)
* Develop and manage production budgets, schedules, and forecasts
* Adjust and manage mine plans, agreement of rates and mine plan outputs
* Assist with weekly and monthly reconciliation of mine production activities
* Develop and maintain annual and 5-year production budgets
* Identify, analyse and implement technical advancements and process improvements

Suitable candidates will have:
* Tertiary Mining Engineering qualifications
* 2-5 years' experience working in an underground coal mining environment
* Experience with mine planning software or willingness to participate in mine planning software training
* Excellent work ethic and attendance record
* Commitment to site safety, operational practices, and mine production targets
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Sound computer literacy skills
