About the Role
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to support growth across Bridgeford Group's divisions in Melbourne or Sydney.
This is a relationship-led, solutions-focused role, suited to someone who understands the built environment and enjoys working across technical, commercial and strategic conversations. You will help identify opportunities, shape solutions, and build long-term client partnerships across our specialist service lines.
What You'll Do
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across property, infrastructure and the built environment
* Identify and pursue opportunities across Bridgeford's engineering, energy and decarbonisation services
* Work closely with technical teams to develop integrated, value-led solutions
* Lead proposals, tenders and client presentations from early engagement through to contract close
* Represent Bridgeford Group in the market as a trusted, knowledgeable advisor
What You'll Bring
* Experience in business development, client management or technical sales within the built environment
* Background or strong exposure to one or more of the following:
* Mechanical or building services engineering
* Energy, sustainability or decarbonisation
* Smart buildings, BMS or energy management
* Infrastructure, property or professional services
* Strong communication skills and a relationship-driven approach
* Curiosity, initiative and comfort working across technical and commercial teams
You don't need experience across every discipline — we're interested in people with relevant backgrounds who are keen to grow and broaden their exposure.
