We’re on the hunt for an Inventory & Procurement Coordinator to support our growing group of Tyrepower stores across the Central Coast, Newcastle and Sydney regions. This is a hands-on role that sits right at the heart of our operations - keeping stock moving, systems tight, and stores supported.
What you’ll be doing
This is not a sit-back-and-watch role. You’ll be right in it:
* Supporting inventory coordination across multiple stores
* Assisting with stocktakes, stock movement, and system accuracy
* Raising and managing purchase orders
* Liaising with suppliers and chasing up deliveries
* Keeping a close eye on discrepancies and following them through
* Supporting stores with stock and ordering queries
* Maintaining clean, accurate data and reporting
If something falls over - you’re the one who helps get it back on track.
What we’re looking for
You don’t need to have done this exact role before, but you do need to be wired the right way:
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Someone who follows things through (not just starts them)
* Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and priorities
* Confident communicator across stores, suppliers, and internal teams
* Problem solver - not problem spotter
* Solid systems skills (e.g Excel + picking up new systems quickly)
Experience in admin, inventory, procurement or stock control will put you ahead of the pack.

The details
* Role based across our store network (some travel required)
* Monday - Friday with occasional Saturday work as needed
* Full time role, however we are open to the needs of the right candidate.
