Junior Administrative & Accounts Assistant

* Mon to Fri - On-site - Office hours * Full working rights—Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency is mandatory. Our client is a dynamic and fast-growing financial services business specialising in providing cashflow loans to our valued customers. With a strong focus on customer service and operational excellence, they are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Administrative & Accounts Assistant to support our office operations and finance team. Key Responsibilities: Administration Support: * Provide day-to-day administrative support to the office and wider team * Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and general inquiries * Assist with document management, filing, data entry, and maintaining records * Coordinate meetings, schedule appointments, and manage calendars * Assist in preparing internal reports, forms, and correspondence Accounting & Invoicing: * Assist in processing invoices, expense claims, and purchase orders * Support accounts receivable and accounts payable functions * Perform bank reconciliations and assist in monthly reporting tasks * Help maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with internal processes * Liaise with external accountants and stakeholders as required Key Requirements: * A degree or diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field * Any relevant experience in an office or finance-related role will be a bonus * Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); exposure to accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB) is a plus * Good communication and interpersonal skills * A can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the business * Full working rights—Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency is mandatory.
