As a BI Developer at the company, you will play a key role in supporting a data‐driven culture and enabling smart decision‐making across the organisation. You will be hands‐on with the Microsoft BI stack—maintaining, enhancing, and troubleshooting Business Intelligence services, as well as performing bug fixes and minor upgrades on platforms such as Fabric, Synapse, Semantic models, and Power BI.
To succeed, you will need solid experience with Microsoft BI tools, strong analytical and problem‐solving skills, and the ability to optimise and maintain notebooks. Your clear communication with both technical and non‐technical stakeholders will ensure BI solutions meet organisational needs, empowering teams with meaningful insights and fostering operational excellence.
Qualifications
You enjoy collaborating with internal customers to create fit‐for‐purpose products. You are pro‐active, user‐focused, analytical, and have strong verbal and written communication skills. You will have demonstrated experience working on multiple data‐focused projects with contribution towards outcomes and delivery of end‐to‐end lifecycle projects.
You have 5+ years of demonstrated end‐to‐end Data Warehouse / Data Mart / BI development experience using Microsoft Azure, Microsoft ETL and BI tools including SQL Server services (SQL Server Databases, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS), Power BI, and Microsoft Data Lake. You also have experience applying Python and other relevant languages and have applied understanding of development lifecycle methods and ITIL practices. You have demonstrated knowledge of relational databases such as Oracle and SQL Server.
