About The Role
HEH Civil is seeking experienced Plant Operators to join our FNQ operations. We have both casual and full-time opportunities available for the right applicant. You'll operate a range of machinery across civil infrastructure projects, working alongside a supportive team that values safety, precision and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Operate excavators (5t–30t) for trenching, bulk earthworks and detailed excavation Operate graders, compactors, loaders, trucks and other plant Support pipe crews and general civil construction works Complete routine maintenance and daily machinery checks Read site plans and follow supervisor instructions Work collaboratively to meet project targets and deadlines
Requirements
Minimum 3 years' excavator experience in civil construction Construction White Card GPS/laser system experience HR licence (advantageous but not essential) Strong safety focus and reliable work ethic Current driver licence and reliable transport
