Significant fresh food retail knowledge
Experience in Fruit and Vegetable Management is essential
Expertise in leading and managing staff
Ordering and cost control expertise
An excellent understanding of gross profit calculations
Accurate staff rostering
Passion and enthusiasm, with a very "hands on" approach

Excellent communication skills
Ability to liaise with both staff and management
