Warwick Aged Care is seeking dedicated Environmental Services Workers to join our team. This hands-on role is essential to creating a clean, safe and welcoming environment for residents, visitors and staff.
About the Role
As an Environmental Services Worker, you will support the day-to-day operations of the facility across kitchen, dining, laundry and cleaning services, working as part of a close-knit team.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with meal preparation and maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene
* Support meal service, including setting up and cleaning dining areas, trolleys and trays
* Perform laundry duties including sorting, washing, drying, folding and distributing linen and resident clothing
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and infection control across residential and common areas.
* Work in accordance with organisational policies, quality standards and safety requirements
About You
You are reliable, caring and take pride in delivering high-quality support services. You understand the importance of your role in enhancing residents' quality of life. Our ideal candidate has
* Previous experience in commercial cookery, meal service, cleaning or laundry
* Currently holds, or willing to obtain a current Police Check
* Currently holds valid Australian Work Rights – Sponsorship is unavailable for this role
