Offer description

We are seeking motivated team players with experience in civil works to contribute to various construction and maintenance projects across the city.
You will perform general labour duties in our construction, maintenance, and asphalt teams, which may include forming and pouring concrete, repairing potholes, maintaining signage and street furniture, stormwater drainage, and supporting other Works and Services teams.
Experience in public infrastructure maintenance in these areas is highly regarded.
Located at the Services Depot in Oak Flats, our Construction and Maintenance team is inclusive and supportive, providing services for our community.

What We Offer

One permanent full-time role, 38 hours/week, with a 9-day fortnight option.
One temporary full-time role until 25 June 2027, 38 hours/week, with a 9-day fortnight option.
Starting salary from $53,351.88 to $59,801.04 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
Casual positions at $35.64/hour, including casual loading.
Plus 11.5% superannuation.
All roles attract an Adverse Working Conditions Allowance.

Additional benefits include LSL after five years, three weeks sick leave annually, health and wellbeing leave, and others.
