Randstad has partnered exclusively with one of the largest waste and recycling companies in the country. Due to continued growth our client based in Jandakot is looking for a Customer Service Officer to join their team.
Responsibilities
* Provide a professional service to the business by welcoming all clients, visitors and guests in a friendly manner
* Photocopying, filing binding, laminating documents when required
* Use the finance system for all purchasing, invoicing, debtor's collection and general accruals
* Preparation of drivers run sheets
* Processing driver run confirmations both internal/external
* Assist with other clerical tasks as requested
* Monthly reporting
* Assist Site Manager with adhoc reporting requirements
About you
* Microsoft Office experience (essential)
* Strong customer service and call centre experience (essential)
* Strong organisational skills
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
