Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed cost estimates for HVAC pipework and duct installation projects.
Review mechanical drawings and specifications.
Conduct site visits to assess project scope and requirements.
Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure accurate pricing.
Source and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
Maintain and update cost databases and estimation tools.
Requirements:
Experience as an Estimator in HVAC or construction
Understanding of HVAC systems and ductwork/pipework installation.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Good communication skills.
