About the Role
Store Manager
As our Store Manager, you will take full ownership of your store's performance, operations, and customer experience. You will be responsible for:
* Leading and developing a high-performing team to deliver exceptional service and memorable experiences
* Driving sales and maximising profitability through strategic planning, analysis, and execution
* Managing store operations end-to-end, including rostering, inventory, and compliance
* Ensuring strong visual merchandising standards aligned with brand expectations
* Creating a positive, engaging, and accountable team culture
* Delivering consistent results against key performance indicators (KPIs)
Assistant Store Manager
As our Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in delivering operational excellence and leading the team on the shop floor. You will be responsible for:
* Supporting day-to-day store operations and stepping in to lead in the Store Manager's absence
* Coaching and developing team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences
* Driving sales performance and contributing to the achievement of store targets
* Assisting with inventory management and stock control processes
* Maintaining visual merchandising and store presentation standards
* Supporting a positive and collaborative team environment
