What will you do?
Brief and lead front‑of‑house teams, aligning service standards with client expectations and event requirements
Oversee event timing, service flow and on‑the‑day execution to ensure flawless delivery
Partner closely with culinary teams to ensure timely, high‑quality food and beverage service
Manage stock ordering, resource planning and event logistics in line with quoted packages and budgets
Monitor client satisfaction in real time and resolving issues promptly to protect the guest experience
Track product usage, labour efficiency and service performance to identify cost and revenue optimisation opportunities
Set clear expectations for team members, providing coaching and feedback, and supporting recruitment, training and rostering
More About You
You're a confident hospitality leader who thrives in fast‑paced, premium event environments and knows how to bring teams together to deliver exceptional experiences. You will bring:
A Diploma or Degree in hospitality, event management, business or a related field
Demonstrated experience in premium food and beverage operations, ideally within functions or corporate hospitality
Proven experience leading and developing teams in high‑volume or high‑profile venues
Strong capability in stock ordering, cost control and client relationship management
A hands‑on, solutions‑focused approach with excellent communication and organisational skills
