What you’ll do
* Coordinate and deliver a wide range of events including conferences, workshops, webinars and networking functions.
* Manage event logistics end to end; from registrations, speakers, venues and run sheets, through to onsite support, setup and pack down.
* Develop marketing collateral and promotional materials to support event engagement and member value.
* Build and maintain relationships with partners, sponsors and presenters.
* Work closely with the Engagement Manager and broader team to ensure high-quality experiences for members.
What you’ll bring
* Strong organisational skills, exceptional attention to detail and ability to work autonomously.
* Confident communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience coordinating events or transferable administrative experience with a desire to transition into events.
* Strong IT capability across Microsoft Office; experience with CRM or content management systems is a bonus.
