Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and energise the Front Office team to build a high-performing, positive culture.
- Inspire seamless, thoughtful guest experiences that reflect true luxury.
- Act as a calm and confident role model during busy or challenging moments.
- Oversee arrivals and departures with precision and warmth.
- Provide coaching and feedback to support team development.
- Handle guest concerns with empathy and a solutions-first mindset.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth, cohesive operations.
- Implement training initiatives that elevate service standards.
- Build lasting relationships with VIPs and returning guests.
- Monitor and manage Front Office operations with efficiency and care.
- Be available across a rotating roster of mornings, evenings, and overnights.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Front Office Manager in a luxury hotel setting.
- A confident, supportive leadership style with a passion for mentoring.
- Calm composure under pressure and strong problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Organisational finesse and time-management expertise.
- Energetic, proactive, and team-focused attitude.
- Natural ability to build trust with guests and colleagues.
- Experience with Opera Cloud PMS highly regarded.
