What will you do?
* Assist day to day to enable the team to deliver excellence in customer service while optimising a culture of collaboration and team member engagement
* Provide functional advice to operational teams, be the go-to for team member queries, support the embedding HR policies, processes and initiatives and assist in execution of the enterprise and local HR and business strategies
More about you
* Strong HR operations experience in fast‑paced environments
* Proven admin/compliance skills with high attention to detail
* Background in retail, hospitality, manufacturing or FMCG
* HR degree (or related) with ER/IR exposure
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management
* Skilled in coaching managers, delivering HR projects and high‑quality work
