Job Title: Disability Support Worker
Beyond The Spectrum is a family-owned and operated NDIS-registered disability service provider.
We are seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to support participants with Complex Care needs in an individualized setting, providing high-quality care and assistance with daily activities.
* Provide person-centred care in group settings with strong communication skills.
* Assist with personal care, medication management, domestic tasks, and skill development for individuals with varying needs.
* Support participants to access their communities and live fulfilling lives through community-based programs and activities.
The ideal candidate will be fully available, physically fit, emotionally resilient, and possess excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Essential Requirements:
* Current QLD Driver's Licence.
* Registered, roadworthy vehicle with comprehensive insurance.
* Current Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
* Current First Aid and CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
