The Role You will take ownership of structural design and project delivery across major building developments including sporting facilities, public buildings, education, and commercial projects. About You This role will suit an experienced structural engineer who is confident leading projects and enjoys working closely with clients and project teams to deliver quality outcomes. You will likely have: 10 years’ experience in structural design of building projects Strong technical capability in reinforced concrete and structural steel design Experience delivering medium to large-scale building projects Confidence managing projects and coordinating with clients and contractors Interest in mentoring and supporting junior engineers A genuine connection to the Sunshine Coast, or a desire to build a long-term future here You may currently be operating at Senior level and ready to step into a Principal role, or already working at Principal level and looking for a better long-term environment.
