Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage project costs, contracts, and variations on this ambitious project.
* Carry out detailed quantity take-offs for allocated works.
* Maintain accurate project cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts.
* Evaluate and track subcontract variations and contractual claims.
Main Responsibilities
* Closely monitor site progress to inform payment claims, variations, and contractual claims.
* Identify and mitigate risks, as well as seize opportunities.
* Support Contract Administrators in verifying and assessing monthly subcontractor progress payment claims.
Requirements
* A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
* A minimum of 5+ years of experience in quantity surveying for large civil, hydro, or infrastructure projects.
