Job Description
Elevate operational excellence and guide centre leaders through internal audits, Assessment & Rating readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will own compliance workflows including NQF, National Law & Regulations, and CCS to ensure all centres stay audit-ready.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience (3+ years) as a Centre Manager, Nominated Supervisor, or similar leadership role with lived experience in quality & compliance from a service perspective.
* Strong compliance knowledge NQF, National Law & Regulations, CCS and familiarity with licensing and assessment frameworks.
* Skilled in auditing, reporting, analysing risks, and managing centre-level challenges.
* A collaborative and proactive communicator who thrives on supporting and developing others.
