You will conduct assessments, develop care plans, and implement interventions to support rehabilitation and overall wellbeing. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will help create a safe, respectful, and culturally responsive healthcare environment, ensuring dignity and high-quality care for every individual. To be successful in this role you'll have: A current Australian Registered Nurse practicing certificate (AHPRA) At least two years of clinical experience, ideally in mental health, primary care, or acute/emergency settings Strong assessment and case management skills, with experience supporting individuals with complex mental health need. The ability to work effectively in a highly secure environment, demonstrating resilience, empathy, and professionalism. Excellent communication and collaboration skills within a multidisciplinary team A commitment to best practice and continuous improvement in mental health nursing.
