We are seeking motivated and skilled All Rounder Operators with proven site experience to join our team on a casual basis for FMG Projects.
What We’re Looking For:
Experienced operators with demonstrated skills in any of the following equipment:
- Water Cart
- Articulated Dump Truck
- 6 Wheel Tipper
- Loaders
- Graders
- Dozers
- Excavators
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily plant pre-start checks and perform plant preventative maintenance tasks
- Ensure the plant is maintained, clean and safe
- Attending and actively participating in all Safety Meetings
- Record and compile all paperwork and documents
- Follow safety protocols and environmental guidelines diligently
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project milestones are met

To Be Successful, You’ll Have:
- Experienced in machinery (Skid Steer, Excavator, Loader, Dozer, Roller, Water cart, or Grader)
- Minimum HR licence, HC/MC licence required for semi watercarts
- Construction Induction Safety Certificate (White Card)
- Relevant Operations Ticket
- Mine site, Industrial, or construction industry experience
- FMG / BHP inducted (Highly desirable)
- First aid certificate (Highly desirable)
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to demonstrate a history of safe work practices
- Full Australian Working Rights
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening
