Concierge Service Associate
We're seeking a skilled and personable Concierge to provide exceptional customer service within our International Towers building in Barangaroo.
* Provide warm and welcoming greetings to all customers and visitors.
* Offer assistance and direction to meet customer requests.
* Ensure the Front of House areas are always presentable.
This role involves working a rotating roster between 7:00am – 7:30pm, Monday – Friday. If you have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service focus, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving, we'd love to hear from you.
