VorOtek is a proudly Australian manufacturer, importer and marketer of world-class medical devices, trusted by Medical Professionals in Australia and globally.
Well established in the medical devices industry, Vorotek has seen signification growth in recent years and is now looking to bring on a full time Sales & Marketing Manager who's ready to step up, take ownership, and help drive our next stage of growth.
This is the perfect role for an ambitious, hands-on professional who wants to make a real impact in a growing business.
About the Role
You'll be responsible for:
* Achieving annual sales budget
* Driving new business development to ensure continued sales growth of VorOtek medical devices in Australia and internationally.
* Building strong relationships with existing VorOtek distributors and key accounts.
* Managing and attending regular National and International medical conferences and workshops.
* Develop and track sales & marketing KPIs to drive performance and accountability.
* Price review management including implementation and communication.
* Supporting the development and implementation of the annual marketing plan and budget.
* Developing and executing marketing material & campaigns for advertising, social media, blogs, website and product brochures.
* Managing and enforcing brand guidelines to ensure consistency.
* Overseeing VorOtek website updates and development, including liaising with the VorOtek's digital agency.
* Managing existing partnerships with training providers and building new KOL relationships
Skills & Experience
We're looking for someone who:
* Minimum 2-5 years proven sales experience within a relevant industry (medical devices, healthcare, or pharmaceuticals preferred but not mandated).
* Has marketing experience in digital marketing and social media.
* Is commercially minded and results driven.
* Communicates with confidence and builds strong relationships.
* Is comfortable with both strategy and hands-on execution.
* Is entrepreneurial, adaptable, and motivated to grow with the business.
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Health Care or related field preferred (relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal qualifications).
* Current Australian driver's licence and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
* Must have full working rights in Australia.
