Now, we're looking for a Cosmetic Formulator who's ready to move beyond bench work and play a key role in customer collaboration, product innovation, and commercial success.
What you'll be doing
Be the technical voice for our customers
Partner with brands to guide formulation decisions, ingredient selection, and product strategy
Help solve tricky formulation challenges and bring smart, science‐backed solutions
Work with cutting‐edge technologies like postbiotics, fermentation‐derived actives, and microbiome‐friendly systems (don't worry—we'll get you up to speed on our proprietary materials)
Support sales and unlock new opportunities
Collaborate closely with our commercial team on customer enquiries and projects
Spot opportunities to integrate innovative ingredients into new or existing products
Help turn technical capabilities into exciting commercial propositions
Build strong, lasting client relationships
Get hands‐on with innovation
Contribute to formulation design and development across skincare, personal care, and wellness
Stay ahead of trends and evaluate new ingredient technologies
Work across teams to make things happen
Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, regulatory, quality, and operations
Ensure what customers want aligns with what we can deliver—efficiently and at scale
About you
You're passionate about cosmetic science, but you also love working with people. You're ready to step into a broader role where you can influence ideas, guide customers, and see products come to life from start to finish. You may currently be a cosmetic chemist, formulation scientist, or NPD technologist—and you're looking for something more dynamic, collaborative, and commercially connected.
What you bring
A degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Pharmacy (or similar)
Hands‐on experience formulating skincare, haircare, or personal care products in a commercial environment
Strong understanding of emulsions, actives, stability, and formulation compatibility
Knowledge of cosmetic regulatory frameworks
Exposure to manufacturing or CDMO environments (highly valued)
Bonus: familiarity with microbiome‐friendly formulations, postbiotics, or bioactives
