We are seeking an experienced and strategic Client Services Director to establish and lead our Client Services function for our US part of the business.
This role will require you to combine your leadership capabilities with direct client engagement.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in developing the company client services strategy, where you will drive operational effectiveness and deliver high quality service to all key clients, many of which operating at C suite level.
You will utilize your extensive experience to identify client needs, utilizing the best of what Howden has to offer to design and deliver a profitable Scope of Service.ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for leading and managing the client services team focusing on providing exceptional service to clients, ensuring all needs are met and relationships are strong.Ensuring delivery is provided to the highest standard using best practice processes and conducting regular reviews with clients.Driving the highest level of service to each Client, within area of responsibility, in line with the agreed client service tools.Acting as the senior relationship manager for designated clients, co-ordinating client relationship management across the whole of Howden.
Building senior level relationships within their Clients.Liaising with other SLT to ensure effective working relationships between the Client Management, Broking and Client Service teams, so that together they drive revenue and profit growth.Leading on training and development, organizing and delivering training sessions to ensure the team stays up-to-date with industry best practices and company policies.QualificationsExtensive client services experience within the Insurance industry.Proven track record in developing relationships and working with senior individuals within the organisation.Significant experience in client
