This position is offered on aFull-time, fixed-term basis and is based at our Bebegu Yumba campus in Townsville or the Cairns Nguma-bada campus.

HEWL 7 $ 97,205 - $ 107,490 per year plus up to 17% employer superannuation contributions, leave loading and other generous employee benefits
WHAT YOU CAN ACCOMPLISH IN THE ROLE
As theTeam Leader, Future Students, you will lead, monitor and support a distributed team to achieve strong performance outcomes and exceptional service standards.
You will champion operational excellence, innovation and collaboration to increase JCU's brand awareness, market share, and student enrolments.
You will:
Drive student recruitment through innovative growth strategies and customer-focused engagement.
Identify new markets and business opportunities to enhance JCU's profile.
Ensure consistent, high-quality enquiry management and client experiences across all channels.
Foster collaboration between stakeholders to align recruitment activities with JCU's objectives.
Drive continuous improvement in service quality, process efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE
Degree qualifications in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline and significant experience or a combination of experience and education/training relevant to the role.
Demonstrated management skills with the ability to inspire, develop and lead a team to deliver strong results.
Demonstrated experience in customer sales with the ability to rapidly acquire technical product knowledge in relation to University products and services.
Proven computer literacy with proficiency in the Microsoft Suite and experience using a range of other software, including Content Management System, Customer Relationship Management, Marketing Automation, Campaign Optimisation and social media.
Demonstrated high-level verbal and written communication skills with the ability to develop and implement marketing communication plans and scripts.
Demonstrated high-level interpersonal, networking and collaboration skills with proven experience in developing and managing key stakeholder relationships.
Demonstrated understanding of the Australian Higher Education sector (desirable).
