Synopsis

* Temporary 12-month position
* $99,022 - $111,457 (Dependent on skills + experience) + 12% Superannuation

About The Role

We're seeking a highly organised and motivated Production and Improvement Coordinator to lead the management of infringement notice processing and drive production projects that support the Parking Services Branch.

The purpose of this role is to provide management services for the processing of infringement notices and oversee the delivery of specific production projects related to infringement management services. Working closely with the Information and Business Services Team, you will monitor cost, schedule and technical performance of projects and operations, ensuring the effectiveness and ongoing success of infringement management services.

In this role, you'll coordinate resources, manage project budgets and provide leadership on project management practices. Your success will depend on your ability to build strong relationships and collaborate with Coordinators, Business Analysts and stakeholders across the branch, particularly when managing interconnected projects.

* Oversee and deliver production projects related to infringement management services
* Provide management services for the processing of infringement notices
* Coordinate and manage project resources, budgets and timelines
* Monitor and improve operational performance to meet quality and efficiency goals
* Provide leadership, guidance and expertise on project management practices
* Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective project delivery
* Support the team in managing the lifecycle of infringement notices from issue to completion

About You

You bring experience in process improvement and operational management, along with an understanding of parking services, enforcement processes, or similar regulatory environments. You have a proven ability to lead, coordinate, and motivate a team to deliver high-quality outcomes.

What your experience might look like - Key Selection Criteria

* An appropriate tertiary qualification and/or significant experience in the area of operations and quality management, or project management of information systems.
* Intermediate to advanced computer abilities, with an emphasis on database, query, and reporting tools.
* Demonstrated commitment to the delivery of quality customer service. Proven ability to respond with initiative to deliver service that meets legislative and contractual requirements.
* Ability to be self-motivating with demonstrated experience in responding to challenges, which arise from operating in a business environment.
* Good knowledge of relevant Acts and Legislation and Council policies and guidelines for their application.
* A proactive and quality-oriented approach to work.
