Meet your new team
This role sits within our Scooter Hut team, based out of our newly updated Balcatta store. Working with a high energy, supportive and collaborative team, you'll be a valued member of this growing team, working collaboratively to deliver outstanding customer service to drive in store sales.
How you will make an impact
As our Retail Sales Assistant, this role will see you:
- promptly meet and greet customers, understanding their purchasing needs.
- assist with general customer product queries.
- present our range of products, highlighting their features and benefits.
- process sales, ensuring our service exceeds customer expectations.
- assist in stock management, merchandising and store presentation.
The successful candidate
Our ideal candidate for the Retail Sales Assistant role will demonstrate:
- experience in a retail customer service or sales role with knowledge of/ interest in products like e-scooters and bikes, smart home appliances, drones, smart watches etc.
- exceptional communication skills to engage with and support customers via phone and email.
- providing a first class customer experience, always working with integrity.
- an outgoing, friendly personality to easily build rapport with customers.
- the ability to work a 7 day roster up to 25hrs a week.

This ongoing Casual role pays $33.95 per hour plus Super.
