Key Responsibilities:
* Business Process Improvement – Analysing workflows and implementing enhancements.
* Enterprise Systems Evaluation & Risk Management – Identifying system risks and recommending solutions.
* Documentation & Training – Developing resources and delivering training for staff.
* Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration – Working with key stakeholders to align technology solutions with strategic goals.
* System Testing & Upgrades – Coordinating system updates and ensuring smooth implementation
* Data Management & Reporting – Supporting schools with data integrity and reporting standards.
Requirements:
* A strong technical background in student information systems, timetabling, and learning management systems.
* Experience in providing ICT support and services to diverse users.
