As a Principal Geotechnical Engineer, you will act as a senior leader responsible for managing complex geotechnical projects, ensuring they meet quality, budget, and timeline requirements. This role involves providing expert guidance on geotechnical issues, maintaining client relationships, and mentoring junior engineers. DUTIES. Prepare geotechnical reports, recommendations and design solutions Provide expert guidance during construction phase services Oversee geotechnical design for surface and underground structures Lead and manage geotechnical investigations, assessments and data interpretation Develop and maintain relationship with existing clientele and deliver on client needs Prepare project tenders and cost estimates Lead the broader team to ensure budgets and timelines are met Train, mentor and guide Junior Geotechnical Engineers SKILLS & EXPERIENCE. Degree in Geotechnical Engineering or related field Extensive local experience in geotechnical engineering Strong proficiency in geotechnical software and modelling tools Proven experience in managing and leading a team Chartership in Geotechnical Engineering (Essential) CULTURE.
