About the client and culture.
Our client is family family-owned contractor with over 60 + years in the industry.
They are a multiple vertical-based business across Civil, Infrastructure, Concreting, and Utilities.
Due to newly landed Civil construction projects, they are seeking an experienced project manager.
The role will be based between Sydney, Wollongong, and the South Coast.
Your role as the
Project Manager
:
* Programming and budgeting the projects
* Liaise with subbies, client,s and consultants on a weekly basis.
* Cost reporting with the Estimators and CAs
* Site-based, travel will be required between sites and the office
* Work alongside Site Managers to run the job sites
* Ability to travel between projects and the office, remain in a long-term role, and work alongside other office staff and under the director of the business.
* Full driver's license
* Ability to work full-time in an office and on-site with regular office hours
