About the role
Working as part of our professional psychology team, you will provide early intervention and therapy services to children and their families, supporting independence, participation, and development.
You will manage a caseload of variable complexity, working independently while exercising sound clinical judgement. In addition to direct client work, you will support and mentor colleagues and actively contribute to the growth and quality of ESA’s psychology services alongside the Practice Principal. This role is central to helping children develop key skills and achieve important developmental milestones.
What you’ll bring
* A relevant tertiary qualification in Psychology with General Registration with AHPRA
* Demonstrated senior clinical experience delivering assessment and early intervention therapy for children and families
* Strong skills in psychometric assessment, observation, and high‑quality report writing
* Experience mentoring, supervising, or supporting other psychologists or students
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to work autonomously and within a multidisciplinary team
* Up-to-date compliance checks (or willingness to obtain): WWCC, Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid, Driver’s Licence & Vehicle.
