Project Manager | Canberra | Permanent Opportunity
A well-established, Canberra-based Managed IT Services provider is seeking an ICT Project Manager to join their close-knit team. Working with a diverse client base spanning aviation, construction, professional services, security, not-for-profits and renewable energy, you will contribute to a broad range of impactful technology initiatives within a dynamic, commercially focused environment.
The client is open to considering Project Managers at different stages of their career, whether you are an emerging PM with 2+ years' experience looking to take the next step, or a more established professional with 3–5 years' experience seeking greater ownership and variety across projects.
What you'll do
* Manage end‑to‑end ICT projects, including scope, schedule, budget, quality and risks.
* Coordinate technical teams across infrastructure, networking, cyber security and Microsoft solution streams.
* Build strong relationships with clients, executives and internal delivery leads.
* Own project documentation: plans, schedules, RAID logs, change requests and reporting.
* Translate business requirements and drive clear communication between technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
* Deliver key project types including onboarding, system upgrades, network refreshes, cyber uplift and Microsoft ecosystem enhancements.
* Support change management and user adoption activities.
* Contribute to improving project governance, processes and delivery standards.

* Confident leading technical teams and managing concurrent projects.
* Comfortable working in a fast‑paced commercial environment.
* Able to obtain a Baseline Security Clearance.
