About the Role:
The role involves shaping the training vision and capability across the business. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales, marketing, or training and be looking to take the next step in their career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine national retail training strategy aligned to business goals
- Uplift delivery capability by coaching Hybrid Trainers and partnering with the Sales Capability team
- Influence training content development and implement new systems/reporting in collaboration with the Training Academy
- Oversee prioritization and execution of in-aisle and structured training programs across the retail network
- Participate in national events and facilitate micro-learning engagements to reinforce product advocacy and sales excellence

Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience in retail, marketing, sales, or training roles
- Proven experience in coaching and training delivery; formal training qualifications desirable but not required
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to engage and influence teams at scale
- Strategic thinker with excellent planning, organization, and stakeholder management skills
- Results-focused and proactive, with a passion for creating impactful learning experiences
