The role is available on a casual basis for 20 hours per week, starting with 4 hours/day, 5 days per week with possibility of working from home as needed or for additional support hours.
We will recognise and reward hard work and team spirit.

The position is available 5 days per week to:
Assist our Director across every aspect of the clinical governance and administration of practice related matters. Your job is to do those things so well eventually she can leave them to you so she can be free to do what she does best - clinical work.
Greet patients and make them feel comfortable in the waiting room and change appointments on the phone.
- speak appropriately to patients in distress;
- produce marketing material, be a public face and assist the Director in collaborating with other professionals;
- collaborate on course material,
- assist psychologists to create groups on zoom or in -room set up;
- support, organise and liaise with clinical staff at every level, with document support, compliance with governing bodies, and relay confidential information to referring bodies.
- understand and be willing to read up on the specific legal requirements that psychologists adhere to regarding confidentiality, rights to privacy, and and the high level of trust that this role requires from patients and clinicians.
