Position Summary:
* Supervise and train the Service Experience Team, providing guidance, support, and motivation to uphold our legendary standards.
* Oversee the pre-arrival process, including room allocations, guest preferences, and tailored communications.
* Assist the Front Desk with guest arrivals, check-ins, check-outs, and billing procedures.
* Handle guest enquiries across all channels (in person, over the phone, and via email) with a warm and professional approach.
* Resolve guest concerns and complaints promptly, ensuring each interaction reinforces our commitment to excellence.
* Monitor and enhance service standards, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
* Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth communication and an exceptional guest experience at every touchpoint.
About you:
* A passion for hospitality and a desire to be the best in service.
* A genuinely warm and welcoming demeanour that creates meaningful guest connections.
* Experience with OPERA or a similar property management system (preferred).
* Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
* Self-motivated, driven, and enthusiastic, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
* Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and overnight.
* Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and support your team.
