Perched on the corner of Norwest Boulevard, our spacious 4,651 sqm Norwest club is your go-to location for work, rest and play in the Hills District. Inside you'll find 5 large studios for classes including Reformer Pilates, Grid Training (HIIT), Yoga, Cycle, Barre (and more), a large open gym with Technogym equipment, a sparkling 25m swimming pool, spa and sauna, indoor climbing wall, luxury changeroom amenities, Club-V creche facilities and our Swimsters swim school for the kids, and a bright café for unwinding post-workout.
Your gig
Reporting to the Operations & Safety Manager, you'll assist the day to day operations of the club and perform pool & life guarding duties
In a nutshell
You'll ensure the studios are sparkling before each class by cleaning all equipment and wiping the mirrors and floor so they're flawless
You'll clean and prepare the equipment required by each member and help to create an environment where members love spending time
You'll be super conscious about everyone's safety and take enormous pride in producing the shiniest change rooms ever
You'll supervise the pool, spa and sauna, ensuring that it's a safe space for our members and team members, performing life guarding duties where necessary
You'll be empowered to find ways to give our members that little bit extra... especially when it's unexpected.

You're comfortable communicating at all levels and can be counted on to maintain a sparkling environment for all.
You have the flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule and may also have some hospitality sector experience. A+ for you.
You may have some lifeguarding experience and comfortable in the pool
