Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, this key role supports the day-to-day branch operations, coordinating logistics and service schedules, and continues to deliver safe and efficient outcomes.This is a Full-Time position on Afternoon shift Sunday until Thursday between 2PM to 10PM.Key AccountabilitiesCoordinate and scheduling transport and fleet maintenance.Liaise with drivers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely, compliant job execution.Maintain accurate service records, inventory data, and job completion logs in JDE.Support incident reporting and environmental compliance processes (HS&E).Champion continuous improvement initiatives to drive safety and operational performance.Provide administrative and operational support to the Operations Supervisor and wider site team.About YouYou will have a high level of communication and interpersonal skills, and pride yourself on delivering value to customers.
