You will be responsible for managing complex calendars, organising travel, expense claims, onboarding and offboarding of staff and other ad hoc projects. Working closely with other Executive Assistants in the team, you will coordinate team events and help oversee the day-to-day management of the office, coordinating meetings with senior internal and external stakeholders, whilst proactively anticipating the needs of the Executives you support.- What you offer
- Experience managing diaries, coordinating meetings and arranging events
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure, manage a busy workload, conflicting priorities and deadlines effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication, planning and problem-solving skills, coupled with strong stakeholder management
- A flexible, positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work independently as well as within a teamStrong Microsoft Office skills and high attention to detail.
