Job Title: Territory Account Managers
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Territory Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for building relationships with contractors and construction company principals to expand our existing customer base.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Territory Management: Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase market share and customer experience.
2. New Business Development: Respond quickly to inbound leads and requests, and maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction.
3. Sales Strategy Execution: Execute the full sales strategy from market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management and revenue growth, through contract negotiation and customer retention.
In addition to your technical skills and experience, you will possess strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, growing company.

The ideal candidate will have:
1. Tenacious, innovative, and proven outside sales experience.
2. Heavy Construction Equipment or Industry knowledge preferred but not required.
