About the Role
As a Corporate Services Trainee, you will gain practical experience across administrative, customer service, and corporate support functions. Your duties will include (but are not limited to):
* Providing front counter and phone reception services
* General administration tasks including photocopying, binding, laminating, and stationery management
* Filing, data entry, records management, and electronic document registration
* Preparing template‐based notices, letters, and general correspondence
* Receipting cash and credit card payments
* Maintaining databases and registers
* Demonstrating professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail
* Undertaking other administrative duties as required
