Job Description

Req#: GEMFE About the Role: We're on the hunt for a Process Improvement Manager who can bring clarity to complexity and lead high-impact initiatives that align with our group's strategic goals. This is more than a "process role" – it's about redesigning the way we operate, influencing at the highest levels, and embedding lasting improvements across our business. What You'll Be Doing… * Lead Game-Changing Initiatives – Work directly with Executive, senior leadership, and SMEs to identify, design, and embed new operating models that drive group-wide transformation. * Turn Ambiguity into Action – Distil complex, high-level problems into clear, structured, and value-driven solutions. * Reimagine the Way We Work – Map and improve processes with a sharp focus on customer experience, using data, insight, and design thinking. * Influence at the Top – Build strong relationships, gain buy-in, and shape decision-making by facilitating conversations and presenting with impact. * Be a Capability Builder – Uplift continuous improvement capability across SRG by coaching, training, and supporting leaders in applying process excellence tools and mindsets. What You Bring to the Table… * Proven Expertise – 5+ years in strategic, continuous improvement, or operational redesign. * Design and Delivery Know-How – Strong experience in operational design and turning strategy into reality. * Automation with a Purpose – You understand that automation should enhance good processes, not hide broken ones. * Problem-Solving Under Pressure – Comfortable working with ambiguity, limited information, and the freedom to shape your own path. * Senior Stakeholder Savvy – Confident engaging with and influencing GMs, SLT, and ELT, even on complex or sensitive topics. * Cross-Functional Change Agent – Hands-on experience leading high-impact, cross-functional change beyond traditional tech or IT domains. Bonus Points If You Have * Consulting experience (especially from a strategic or operations-focused business) * Background in retail or FMCG * Exposure to back-office/shared services * Lean Six Sigma, Agile, Design Thinking or Service Design experience * Power BI, Excel (advanced), and data-driven decision-making skills Why Join Us? * Redesign the Engine, Not Just Tune It – Influence how the entire organisation operates, not just tweak existing processes. * Make a Real-World Impact – Deliver initiatives that truly improve the lives of our customers and our teams. * Work Shoulder-to-Shoulder with Leaders – Collaborate closely with senior leadership to drive measurable and meaningful change. * Thrive in a Culture That Backs Bold Thinking – Join a team that celebrates autonomy, fresh ideas, and innovative ways of working. Let's Redefine the Way We Work. Together…. If you're ready to apply your improvement mindset to high-level strategic challenges – and you thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment – we want to hear from you. Apply now and help us build the future of SRG, one smart solution at a time. Our Culture of Inclusion: Super Retail Group is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We support, promote and celebrate diversity and we recognise the benefits a culture of inclusion brings to our workplace and customer experience.
