About the Job
We are seeking experienced Early Years Educators who are dynamic, passionate and innovative to join our team. Working alongside our experienced Arrernte educationalists and governance committee, you will design and implement an innovative and integrated approach to learning and wellbeing that privileges First Nations culture with the best of Western teachings.
About You
You will have a demonstrated understanding and commitment to the rights and interests of First Nations people. Ideally, you will be a First Nations person. Each day will be different, but you will meet at the hub to prepare vehicles and resources for a day of learning out on country.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement an innovative and integrated approach to learning and wellbeing that privileges First Nations culture with the best of Western teachings
* Work alongside Arrernte educationalists and the governance committee to ensure community empowerment
* Maintain strong relationships with Health Promotion team members to offer an integrated approach to learning and wellbeing

* Demonstrated understanding and commitment to the rights and interests of First Nations people

* Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
What We Offer
* A competitive salary package ranging from $98,000 – $107,717 + super
* Generous relocation support for interstate candidates
* Full-time 12-month contract with opportunities for extension
