State Sales Manager
Opportunity Overview:
This role involves overseeing a team of sales professionals, driving income and asset value across various revenue streams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the sales team in sales strategy development, negotiation, lead generation, proposal pitching, and data analysis to drive sales growth.
* Collaborate with the National Manager on resource planning, recruitment, team development, performance management, and succession planning.
* Establish and track KPIs, facilitate regular team meetings, and provide training through industry conferences and seminars.
* Guide the team in delivering sales budgets for Pop-Up Retail, Leasing, Media, and Experiential initiatives.
* Lead the national brand partnership strategy, securing sponsorships annually to enhance business outcomes.
* Develop annual budgets, manage performance reporting, and provide updates to senior stakeholders.
* Implement process improvements and maintain effective communication across teams and business units.
* Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and agencies, providing excellent client service and aligning with client objectives.
