We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Bannockburn. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing onsite technical support to clients in public schools and assisting in the management and support of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide onsite technical support to clients in public schools
* Assist in the management and support of ICT systems
* Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
* Collaborate with school staff to enhance their technology proficiency
Requirements:
* Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
* Positive and customer-focused personality
* Valid work permit and eligibility to work in Australia
* Working With Children Permit
* Prior experience in the IT industry is a must
